Rene Carnero Nieto May 31, 1971 - November 18, 2020 Rene passed away in his home in Las Cruces, NM on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, accompanied by his loved ones. Rene was 49. He was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and grew up in Las Cruces, NM. He graduated from Oñate High School and received his degree in automotive technology from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Rene was an avid automotive technician. In his early career, he managed several automotive repair shops and worked with many others, creating valuable relationships with fellow colleagues and friends. Later, along with his dad, they ran their own repair shop and were always willing to help anyone. Rene lived to the fullest and was easy-going, always the life of the party. He was always putting friends and family first. We are sure he knew how much he was loved by his family and friends. Those who are left behind celebrating his life and memory include his daughter Karen, wife Marisa, parents Polo and Trine, grandparents, siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. His memory will be cherished and celebrated by many. May he rest in peace.
