Elizabeth Ann Warren was born on July 31, 1947 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Frank Edward Sims and Ida Geraldene (Jerri) Odom Sims. She passed away on November 25, 2020 in Clarksville, Arkansas at the age of 73. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her son, Gary D. Felkins, Jr. and wife, Tammy of London, Arkansas; her daughter, Melissa McNeese of Mansfield, Arkansas; her brother, Larry R. Sims and wife, Sherri of Maumelle, Arkansas; her sister, Mitze L. Allen and husband, Randy of Coal Hill, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Kurston Ramsey (Keaton), Hailey Felkins, Brooke Sims (Trent), Hanna McNeese; her great-grandchildren; Kayden M. Sims, Lincoln Ramsey, and soon to be born Brantley Johnson. A walkthrough viewing will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., Friday, November 27, 2020 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas.
