<p><strong>James Leslie West, age 68 of Norma, TN passed away on Monday, November 16, 2020 at his home. Born on December 20, 1951, he was the son of the late Clarence West and Mildred C. Austin West Lowe. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. He proudly served his country, was an avid outdoorsman, and loved Tennessee. He would always say, “There is no place I’d rather be than right here at home in East Tennessee.”</strong></p> <p><strong>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Wayne West and Luke West.</strong></p> <p><strong>James is survived by his son, Bradly West; daughter, Jamie Clink; brother, Bob West; grandkids, DJ, Karah and Xavier; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.</strong></p> <p><strong>His last request was to be cremated. The family will be holding a private ceremony to be announced at a later date. </strong></p> <p><strong>West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of James Leslie West.</strong></p>December 20, 1951 - November 16, 202012/20/195111/16/2020
