Sam Hutchinson, 78, of Paducah, received his heavenly reward on Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah. Sam was a retired Janitor in the nursing home industry and was a member of Calvary Apostolic Church of Paducah.

Sam is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mildred; three children, Lisa Bazlamit of Virginia, Carrie Romans of Paducah, and James Hutchinson of Iowa; two brothers, Don Brasfield of Oregon, and Ron Poitz of California; one sister, Linda Webber of California; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sam Hutchinson and Ethel Acocks; twin children, Jeff and Scott Hutchinson; and three sisters, Carol, Jean and Joan Duvall; and one brother, Stanly Poitz.
