<p>Mrs. Doris Faye Sparks, age 89 of Roaring River, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Yadkin Nursing Center in Yadkinville.</p> <p>Graveside services will be held 3:30 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Roaring River Baptist Church with the Rev. Mark Wood officiating.</p> <p>Mrs. Sparks was born October 1, 1931 in Wilkes County to Bill and Eula Alexander Lytton. She was a member at Roaring River Baptist Church where she played the organ and piano for over 40 years. She was a poultry farmer.</p> <p>Mrs. Sparks was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Mr. Hugh Franklin Sparks, one sister, Naomi Lytton and two brothers, WR “Wick” Lytton and Norris Ray Lytton.</p> <p>She is survived by one son, Brian Sparks and wife, Kathy, of Roaring River; five grandchildren, Lyric Ryan, Addie Grit, Lexie Lyalls, Katri Lyalls, and Stella Grit.</p> <p>Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Roaring River Baptist church Cemetery Fund, 312 White Plains Road, Roaring River, NC 28669.</p> <p>Inline condolences may be made to www.reinssturdivant.com.</p>Obituary
