Earl Freeman Grove

Earl Freeman Grove, 94 passed away on November 24, 2020 at New Horizons Assisted Living. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri. Earl met his wife Doreen (deceased 3-26-2007) at Safeway grocery store where they both were working. Earl was on leave from the Merchant Marines. The two got married the day WWII ended August 14, 1945. They would raise four children, twin boys Garry and Jerry, a daughter Kathleen, and another son Timothy. Earl worked at Western Lumber in San Diego as a forklift driver. He retired in 1991 and moved to Prescott Valley, Arizona and had a home built. He was an active member of the Elks, VFW, American Legion, and the Moose.  Earl is survived by his children Garry, Kathleen, and Timothy, five grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He will always be in our hearts and minds forever.
