<p><a class="address" title="View more from Tullahoma, TN" href="/cities/tullahoma">Tullahoma</a> - Patsy Bonner Smith, age 71, of Tullahoma died Sunday, February 15, 2009 at Life Care Center of Tullahoma. She was a native of Tullahoma, attended First Presbyterian Church and was a 1955 graduate of Tullahoma High School. In 1975 she received her LPN degree and before retiring in 2003 she had worked for Harton Hospital, Life Care Center and Morning Pointe in Tullahoma as well as facilities in Woodbury and Lynchburg. <br />Patsy is survived by her husband of 22 years Richard "Smitty" Smith; sons Howard Michael Phillips and Patrick E. (Lea Ann) Phillips; a daughter Lorrie Jean (Steve)Young all of Tullahoma; sister Betsy (Bobby) Ferrell of Tullahoma; brothers David Berry of Oklahoma and Clyde "Peter" (Diane) Berry of Satellite Beach, FL.; grandchildren Jason McMillan, Kayla Young, Nikki Phillips, Christopher Phillips, Amber Phillips, Peyton Phillips, Jay Phillips and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Katie Mae Kennedy (Clyde) Berry and her father Floyd J (Maudeline) Bonner and a special aunt Mary Browne Bonner Stone. <br />Visitation with the family will be Wednesday night from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home where funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday in the Tullahoma Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Patterson Lyles officiating. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.</p>Obituary
