Joe C. Lozano, age 77, husband of 39yrs. to Irene Damrell Lozano, passed away Saturday November 21, 2020 at Baptist Health in Richmond, KY. Joe was born October 14, 1943 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Ramon and Cillia Cuellar Lozano. Joe loved to go on walks and loved to talk to people and greeted everyone he met with a smile. He was a great cook. His family especially loved his taco’s. Joe was of the Holiness faith. Other than his parents Joe was preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond, Mary, and Josie. Other than his wife Irene, Joe is survived by three sons, Hurshel Byrd and his wife Delina, Hugh Byrd, Billy Byrd, three daughters, Sherrie Byrd, Tammy McKee and her husband Robert, and Betty Buckley. 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren also survive.
