Chuck Stotts -GFH

Bismarck - Chuck Stotts passed away peacefully Thursday, November 19, 2020. He was born September 30, 1949 in Jonesboro to the late Charles Stotts and Pat Stotts Fleetwood. He graduated from Caraway High School in 1968. He joined the Marines in 1969 where he was stationed at Camp Pendleton in California and served as Presidential Security for President Richard Nixon when he was in his San Clemente Whitehouse. He graduated from Arkansas State University with both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Bill Stotts, and his beloved grandmother, Lura Gipson. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Fran Stotts; his sister Teresa Stotts Cook; his nephews Dallas Killough and family, Justin Minton and family, Michael Minton and family; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and Bennie Minton, Nephew Mark Bell, Sister-in-law Brenda Stotts and his niece Allyson Anderson and family and so many beloved family and friends. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Caraway Cemetery in Caraway under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to Clark County Humane Society, 627 Walnut St, Arkadelphia, AR 71923 or Oaklawn Chapel, PO Box 20564, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Please wear masks and practice social distancing when attending service.
