Liam Christian Pagel

Liam Christian Pagel was born to Danielle Pagel and Garth Brown on March 28, 2004. He was reborn in the Lord through the sacrament of Holy Baptism on April 11, 2004, Easter Sunday. He also publicly confirmed the vows made on his behalf at his baptism on Sept. 22, 2019, stating he would not forsake the faith in Jesus Christ as his savior. Liam spent his entire life in La Pine, Oregon. He began school at Trinity Lutheran in Bend and then in first grade he transferred to La Pine Elementary. He was a Junior at La Pine High School this year. He wrestled, played football and baseball. He especially enjoyed playing baseball. His passions in life were hunting, fishing, skiing, riding his quad, riding the seadoo and working on his truck. He was a hard worker which was manifest early when he helped Omi and Opa with everything from driving the tractor, planting flowers, digging stumps and working the chain saw. He was especially driven to make money so that he could build his truck just the way he wanted it. Through the summer he worked in construction doing concrete. He recently got a job at Cinco de Mayo. He also worked hard getting and selling firewood this fall. He interacted well with the adults in his life. He was quick witted and always fast with a comeback. On Wednesday, November 18, 2020, the Lord of all mercy called him to His side. He had reached the age of 16 years, 7 months and 21 days. We find comfort in the promises of God that the dead in Christ will rise and be with the Lord forever. He is lovingly remembered by: Danielle and Wayne Baughman, his siblings, Lacy, Kinley and Avery, his Omi and Opa, Donna and Peter Pagel, Garth and Kalina Brown, his siblings, Milla and Roan, his grandparents, Jackie and Gevin Brown.
