ANGEL, Shirley Yvonne (Norvell) Age 83 of Brookville, went home to be with the Lord on November 23, 2020. She was born on May 4, 1937 to Chester & Etta (Jones) Norvell. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 28 years, Charles; her second husband, Don Boyer; and son-in-law, Steve Houk. She was the youngest of 11 children who have also preceded her in death, her siblings include 6 brothers, Robert, Willard, Homer, Ray, Alfred, and Buddy; 4 sisters, Frances, Mary, Marie, and Devonna. Shirley is survived by daughters, Tawnya (Doug) Riegel, and Kim (Gary) Houk Ihasz; also 5 grandchildren, Ashley Houk, Anthony Houk, Arik (Michelle) Houk, Jacob (Allison) Ihasz, and Benjamin (Tiffany) Riegel; 7 great-grandchildren, Aiden, Bailey, Parker, Allen, Brendon, JJ, and Jaxon; and also sisters-in-law, Alberta Norvell, Barbara Friedhoff, Norma Riegel, Carol (Mike) Dearth; brothers-in-law, Jack McGowan, Don (Tina) Angel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was a life-long Christian and member at different times at Plainview Open Bible, Calvary Open Bible & Union Road Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM on Sunday at Faith Worship Center, 460 W. Main St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Monday Nov. 30th also at Faith Worship Center. Pastors Doug Riegel and Gary Ihasz officiating. Burial will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
