Mr. Otis Donnell Simmons, 93 of North Little Rock was born August 6, 1927. He departed his life on Monday November 23, 2020 at Premier Nursing Home In North Little Rock, AR. Mr. Otis "OD" Simmons was a member of Gaines Street Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor J. Barrington Minix Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife: Annie Mae Simmons, sons: Lennord Simmons, Jessie Horne, Otis Simmons, Willie Horne, Leon Spearman, James Spearman, Larry Spearman, Russell Simmons, and daughter: Freshner Simmons-Gibson.
