<p>Richard Legend Wayne Weatherwax, 3 months, son of Donald Wayne Weatherwax and Chassity Nicole Caldwell, Hopkinsville, KY, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.</p> <p>A private family graveside will be held Friday, November 27, 2020 at Green Hill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Terry Hancock officiating. Lamb Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Donald Charles Weatherwax and Timothy Caldwell.</p> <p>In addition to his parents, survivors include his brothers, Gage Weatherwax, Israel Long and Isaiah Jones, all of the home; his sisters, Kendzie, Kylinn and Joey Weatherwax, Isabella Long, all of the home; his paternal grandparents, Neal and Kathy Campbell, Herndon, KY; his maternal grandmother, Missy Howard, Portsmouth, OH; his paternal great-grandparents, Bill and Mary Weatherwax, Oak Grove, KY, and Georgia Holland, Hopkinsville, KY.</p>Obituary
