Norma Joy Salzman

<p>Norma Joy Salzman (nee Robinson) of Cincinnati, Ohio age 87 passed away peacefully early Sunday, November 22, 2020.&nbsp; She was born on April 21, 1933 to Guy and Mildred (Whiteman) Robinson, Sr. &nbsp;Norma graduated from Mt. Healthy High School in 1951.&nbsp; On February 23, 1952, she married E. Thomas Salzman, Sr.&nbsp; They were married for 68 years.&nbsp; After serving as an administrative assistant, she loved being a stay-at-home mother, then worked at Avon Products in Springdale before retiring.&nbsp; She was a member of Trinity Lutheran church. &nbsp;Family was most important to Norma. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the highlight of her life.&nbsp; She instilled the love and respect for God, family, and animals to each one.&nbsp; Enthusiastic travelers, Norma and her husband were members of Tri-State Travelers.&nbsp; Many miles and countless hours were enjoyed in their motor home visiting friends and sight-seeing. Norma is survived by her beloved husband E. Thomas Salzman, Sr., three children E. Thomas (Cheryl) Salzman Jr., Victoria (Robert) Schaiper, and Russell Scott (Paula) Salzman I; eight grandchildren Emily Salzman, Matthew Salzman, Christopher Schaiper, Angela Schaiper, Brandon Schaiper, Russell Scott (Christin) Salzman II, Grace, and Chelsea Salzman; as well as eight great-grandchildren Allison, Christopher Jr., Bradley, Brody, Adalynn, Charlotte, Hannah, and Francesca. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters Hildred Deifel, Evelyn Robinson, Pauline Nettles, and her brother Guy Robinson, Jr. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 10:30 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 pm at Paul R. Young Funeral Home, 7345 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231. Rev. Valerie Waibel-Mullaney will officiate. Entombment to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Adoption Foundation, 2480 Millville-Ross Road, Hamilton, Ohio&nbsp; 45013, Pink Ribbon Girls, 32 East Main Street, Tipp City, OH&nbsp; 45371, or City Gospel Mission, 1805 Dalton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH&nbsp; 45214.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
