FULLERTON—Robert William Ollendick, 84, of Fullerton, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Arbor Care Center in Fullerton.
To honor Robert’s wishes, cremation was chosen. At this time, there will be no service.
Robert was born May 6, 1936 to Joseph H. and Ruth E. (McKay) Ollendick in Elgin, NE. He grew up in Elgin and at the age of 18, enlisted with the United States Army. In October 1957, he was discharged from the U.S. Army at Camp Wolters, TX. After discharge, he moved to Minnesota, where he lived for over 30 years. While in Minnesota, he worked for the City of Fridley in maintenance. In 1999, he moved to Fullerton, where he resided until his passing.
He is survived by his children, Robert Ollendick Jr., Julie Bauers, and Tanya Ollendick, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Larry Ollendick.
