Peggy L. Renz
Peggy L. Renz, 81, of Sandusky, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at Providence Care Center. She was born on September 11, 1939 in Grandview, OH to the late Clifford and Isabelle (Eckert) Tivenan. She was a 1957 graduate of Grandview High School and worked at the Ohio Veterans Home, Sears, and Montgomery Ward. However, she was mostly a homemaker, raising her family and taking care of her household. She was a member of the former I.A.B. Club and all the Veteran Clubs. She loved crafts, sewing, and bocce. Her family was on the top of her list. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Therese (Michael Hvizdos) Muratori, Nanette (Randy) Hiser, Judy (Terry Mohamed) Smith, and Barbara (John) Forrest; grandchildren, Ashley Hermes, Matthew Muratori, Jessica Jones, Steven Gosser, and Robyn Forrest; five great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Moe” Renz; and siblings, Eugene Tivenan, Charlotte Williams, and Richard Tivenan. Private services will be held. Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky, is handling arrangements. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in his memory to one's favorite charity.
