Lebanon, VA – Ida Lee Greene, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 23, 2020. Born May 25, 1950. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Evelyn Large. She loved Jesus and she was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother. She also enjoyed playing games on her phone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three infant brothers. She is survived by her husband of forty one years: Gallie Greene, Jr.; sons: Johnny Greene and wife Jessica of Abingdon and Joseph Greene and significant other David Bond of Lebanon; two brothers: Denton Wells and wife Betty of Dalton, GA and Donnie Large and wife Ann of Buchanan County; two grandchildren: Skyler Greene and Isaiah Greene of Abingdon, along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Ida Lee Greene will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Ketron Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Pastor Steve Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 prior to the service at the Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
