Beverley Merar

Beverley A. (Becker) Merar, born Beverley Hall, December 3, 1927, reborn into eternal life, November 19, 2020. Bev was the loving daughter of "everyone's Granny", the late Catherine Hall, sweet sister to Bonnie Aiello and the late Betty (Russ) Weirauch. She was the cherished wife of Rich Becker, until his death in 1967, and of Donald Merar, for the last 50 years. Bev is survived by her six children, Rick (Cindy) Becker, Beth Woreck, Teri (Dennis) Hanke, Denise (Ken) Reese, Jan Renk, and Dan (Tammie) Becker and by dozens of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-children, in-laws, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Mitchell Manor for not only taking care of Bev's medical needs, but just sitting with her during the no-visitation shutdown, and always laughing at her jokes. She loved making people laugh. Bev suffered much adversity, pain and heartache in her life, but she always fought it with faith, love, determination and humor. We will miss her terribly, but we rejoice in the vision of her being reunited with her beloved angels, as they guided her to her glorious reward, the loving embrace of God, Our Father, and we delight in knowing He is telling her, "Well done, my child. Well done". Private interment will be held. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1120 James Drive, Suite A Hartland, WI 53029
