Martha Louise Keltner, age 91, departed this life on November 23, 2020, at her home in Helenwood, Tennessee. Born, in Leachville, Arkansas, on March 25, 1929, she was the daughter of the late John Franklin Masters and Mary Alta Shanes. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar W. Keltner; brothers, Floyd Hicks and Roy Masters; sisters, Marie Fortson, Julie Griffith, and Rosetta Joyes. She is survived by 3 children, Patsy (Gary) Brown of Helenwood, TN., Larry (Claire) Keltner of Michigan, and Pam (Bob) Svodoba of Sawyer, Michigan; 8 grandchildren, Matt, Dawn, Susan, Jeffery, Chris, Zacch Brown, Logan (Chelsey) Brown, and Brittney Brown; 7 great grandchildren, Amber, Andrew, Jonathan, Emma Emily, Nora and Ariah Brown; brother in law, Cecil (Shirley) Keltner of Covington, KY. Private graveside service will be held in the Cotton Cemetery in the Cherry Fork Community. Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida has been entrusted with final arrangements for the family of Martha Louise Keltner.
