Yvonne (Cote) Cormier, 93, of Gardner, died peacefully, Saturday, November 21, 2020, in Wachusett Manor, Gardner, with her family by her side after an illness. 

Born in Gardner on June 18, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Edward V. and Marion (Babcock) Cote. Yvonne was a molder employed by E.B. Kingman Co. of Leominster for 20 years until her retirement in 1989. She was previously employed by O’Hearn MFG of Gardner. 

Yvonne was a parishioner of Annunciation Parish/ Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church of Gardner. She enjoyed crime dramas, puzzles, word searches, shopping, and going to Florida for the winter for many years. Yvonne cherished the time she spent with family and friends.  

Yvonne is survived by five daughters, Judy LeBlanc of Bourne, Susan Moore and her husband William of Gardner, Nancy Begin and her husband Michael of Standish, ME, Tina Perini of Gardner and Cathy Cormier and her fiancé Steven Hanks of Gardner; six grandchildren, Christina LeBlanc, Troy LeBlanc, Jason Perini, Jeffrey Perini, Adam Begin, and Curtis Begin; three great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, one sister, Elaine Morgan of New Port Richey, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Leo E. Cormier, who died in 2007; a grandson, Joshua Perini, who died in 2016; her twin sister, Alice Delmazzo; a brother, Edmond Cote; and a son-in-law, Robert LeBlanc.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020, with a Mass at 12:00 p.m. in Annunciation Parish at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church, 135 Nichols Street, Gardner, MA. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street, Gardner, MA. 

Calling Hours will be private.
