Malcolm Douglas Lhotka, 79 of Glendale, Arizona passed away at his son's home in Tempe, Arizona on November 23, 2020.  He was born on November 7, 1941 the son of Malcolm and Mabel (Woodward) Lhotka in Watervliet, Michigan.  He worked as an Accountant in the Gaming industry for many years and had lived in Arizona for the past 8 years.  Services and interment of Malcolm's cremated remains will take place at a later date in Palm Springs, California..  Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Lhotka family.
