Cal Richard Nunn, 43, passed away November 18, 2020 in Billings, MT.  Cal was born in Billings on March 12, 1977 to Jerry and Janie (Delaney) Nunn.    Cal grew up on the ranch north of Winnett.  After graduation, he received a full ride athletic scholarship for the rodeo team in Rapid City, SD.  Cal returned home to work on the ranch.  He enjoyed anything outdoors; loved and raised horses.  He married Megan Denny and together they had three children: Jacy, Molly, and Cy.  Cal and Megan later separated.  Cal loved hunting, fishing and trapping.  He did a little guiding and would participate in predator hunting competitions.  Cal spent most of his life with either a fishing pole in hand or a gun.  Cal enjoyed the spring getting together with neighbors for branding and the fall to help with shipping.   Cal later married Brandi Wilson.  Brandi has three children: Brandon Folda and Wyatt and Riggin Meckle.  Cal loved to spend time with his kids and enjoyed attending their sporting events or just being outside with them.  Cal’s favorite thing most of all was being around his family and friends.  Cal is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Nunn; and both of his grandpas.  He is survived by his wife, Brandi; children: Jacy, Molly, Cy, Brandon, Wyatt, and Riggin; brother, Randy (Jennifer) Nunn; mother, Janie (Dave) Calvert; grandma, Georgia Delaney; and numerous other family and friends.  A Last Ride Celebration will take place in Winnett, MT on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.  We will ride from the Rodeo Grounds to the Winnett Bar.  Creel Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.  Cal’s family and friends can share memories and condolences at www.creelfuneralhome.com.
