Obituary

With great sadness we announce the passing of Donald Vince Doucette on November 20, 2020 at the age of 91 years.  Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Don will be missed by his wife Judy of 52 years, his son Todd of Lethbridge, his brother Jim (Lois), his sisters-in-law Heather and Patti and all their children.  He was predeceased by his son Rob (Leslie) in 2017.

Known as Duce to many and as the watchmaker at Neill's Jewellery where he spent most of his working years.  He so enjoyed taking his sons duck shooting in the fall, travelling around watching them play hockey in the winter and golf in the summer.  He loved the fun summers spent out at Crescent Cove with friends and their families.  In later years Laci was his faithful walking companion and the girl he loved to spoil.

He had a great life, his life was rich with the people in it,  especially his wife and sons.

Nothing would make Don happier than to have those who knew and loved him show their respect by spending time with their families in celebration of his life.  Until he sees you again.

Our thanks go to friends and health care workers that made it possible for him to stay at home and to the St. Paul's staff where he spent the last eleven months.
