<p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">&nbsp;Marilyn Lones-Brandt, 76, of Gig Harbor, passed away peacefully in Gig Harbor, Washington on November 17, 2020 after losing a courageous battle with Parkinson&rsquo;s disease.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">She was born in Glendale, California on May 1, 1944 to Alfred and Pearl Lones. She is loved and will be missed every day by the family and friends she left behind.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Marilyn graduated from Renton High School in 1962 and continued her education at the University of Puget Sound where she earned her degree in education with honors. After a short teaching stint, she found her niche at Apple Inc. as an executive assistant in various departments including real estate, legal, patent and facilities management. Her career at Apple had a major impact on her life as she excelled at organizing and directing.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">She was best known for her adventurous spirit, her love of family, her generosity, and her sense of humor. She loved to travel, ski, fish, and cook, always sending new recipes and goodies to family and friends. Marilyn was also an accomplished seamstress.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents and husband, and survived by her siblings Ted Lones, Dianne Lones, and Shirley Herridge.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;">Donations may be made in memory of Marilyn Lones-Brandt to: www.Parkinson.org.</span></span></p>

 Marilyn Lones-Brandt, 76, of Gig Harbor, passed away peacefully in Gig Harbor, Washington on November 17, 2020 after losing a courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease.
