Frank was born on June 14, 1948 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He joined the United States Marine Corp in November 1967 where he served in combat in Vietnam. He lived in Las Vegas until retiring from the Showboat Hotel and Casino, moving to Kemmerer for the small town atmosphere and to follow his passion of hunting. He loved hunting, with the love of his life Janice, by his side. Frank truly cherished the time he spent with his family and friends.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Frank was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 501, the American Legion and the VFW. He is survived by his wife, Janice, 3 sisters, Hope (Raul), Anita, and Carol (Amos), 2 brothers, Bill (Vikki) and Paul (Maria), special sister-in-law Cecilia (Eddie, deceased). Children, Alicia, Amber, Albert (Tammy), Polly (Darrin) and numerous grand children, great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and &ldquo;Denise&rdquo;.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Eddie and Benny, and son Kenny.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cremation has taken place at the direction of Ball Family Chapel. Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Eagles Hall at Noon.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make donations to Lincoln County Search and Rescue, the American Legion or your local search and rescue, in memory of Frank</p>
