David "Dave" Michael Garrick
David Michael Garrick was born on August 9, 1960 at St. Charles Hospital in Bend, Oregon. He was the first-born son of his parents, John Garrick of Crescent, Oregon and Patricia Roarig of Bend, Oregon. David passed away on November 10, 2020 at the Partners In Care Hospice House in Bend, Oregon. Prior to his stay at the Hospice House, he was living with his brother Steve and his wife Sheila, of Gilchrist, who cared for him since June. David met and married the love of his life of 33 years, Shelly in 1987. Together they had their daughter, Heather. Davids love was being a mechanic. It started at the young age of four, when he worked on his first car. His first and longest job was with Community Transit in Everett, Washington, repairing city buses. David eventually opened up his own shop and could usually be found after work or on weekends working away. David will be greatly missed by his wife Shelly, daughter Heather, brothers Steve and Joel and his three grandchildren, along with many other family and friends.
