Bert “BJ” Lee Montileaux, Jr. was born on August 11, 1992 in Rapid City, SD to Iva Black Elk & Bert Montileaux, Sr. BJ made his journey to the Spirit World on November 21, 2020 at his home in Pine Ridge, SD. BJ is survived by his mother, Iva Black Elk of Hot Springs, SD; father, Bert Montileaux, Sr. of Kyle, SD; and grandparents, Matilda & Lawrence Montileaux of Kyle, SD. BJ was preceded in death by his sister, Mariah Montileaux and grandparents, Wilson & Sharon Black Elk.
