Obituary

Ralph Paul Bisciotti departed for an early tee time in Heaven on Saturday November 21, 2020.  He was home surrounded by his devoted wife,  children,  and grandchildren.  Ralph was the beloved husband of Margaret (Kucera) Bisciotti for 50 years.

Born in Torrington on September 5, 1943,  Ralph was the son of the late Elvira (Lyons) and Richard Bisciotti.  After graduation from Torrington High School Class of 1961,  he attended the Academy of Aeronautics in Flushing New York.

In 1966,  Ralph entered the United State Army during the Vietnam Era,  he was stationed at Illesheim Army Airfield,  Germany and was part of the 591st Airborne Mobile Repair Unit.  While in Germany,  he was afforded the opportunity to travel extensively to many European Countries.  Upon his Honorable Discharge from the Army,  he joined the family business,  Dick's Artesian Well Co. which was founded by his father in the late 1940's.  Ralph was a very hardworking man who enjoyed his well drilling work tremendously and loved sharing his expertise by providing artesian wells to many homes in Connecticut and Massachusetts for over 40 years.

Ralph enjoyed working around his yard,  building stone walls,  landscaping and home remodeling.  Sharing time with his wife,  children and grandchildren was always at the top of his list.  Ralph was an avid golfer placing first in many of the golf tournaments he entered with his fellow golf partners.  He was a former member of the Torrington  Country Club and Elks Club.  It would be the family's greatest wish for Ralph to take a mulligan but they will have to settle for meeting him again on the 19th hole.

In addition to his loving wife,  Peggy, he is survived by two daughters,  Melissa Jeans and her husband Christopher,  Krista Baril and her husband Rob,  and one son, Keith Bisciotti.  He was the proud and loving "Papa" to his five grandchildren,  Aiden Bisciotti,  Evan and Olivia jeans,  and Noah and Grace Baril.  Ralph is also survived by three sisters,  Dolores Cusati,  Marlene DelGallo, and Diane Wakefield,  one brother Richard,  as well as several nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents,  he was predeceased by his sister,  Joan Landrette.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Church (St. Louis de Monfort Parish) in Litchfield CT on Friday November 27, 2020 at 10:00 AM  Everyone is asked to meet at Church.  Burial will be private,  there are no calling hours.
