Franklin D. Secord, 82, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 10:16 a.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at The Kensington. He was born on February 24, 1938 in Topeka, KS to Roland J. & Ruth Genevieve Smith Secord. He married Ruth C. Christensen on August 4, 1959 in Council Bluffs, IA. He worked at Armour Dial in Fort Madison for many years. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and enjoyed camping, fishing, music and his toy trains. Frank is survived by: his wife: Ruth Secord of Fort Madison, IA; 1-son: Franklin (Dennis McQuen) Secord, Jr. of Chicago, IL; 1-daughter: Julie (Scott) Wyatt of Bozman, MT; 2-granddaughters: Jamie (Ben) Brajcich of Boise, ID & Randi Groy of Chicago, IL and 1-great grandson: Brooks Brajcich of Boise, ID. He was preceded in death by his parents & 2-sisters: Donna May & Mary Lou. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory. No services are planned.
