Ruth Ann (Postell) Mrdjenovich, 79, of Weston, Florida, passed away at home on November 21, 2020. Funeral service will be held at Saint Katharine Drexel Church on November 25, 2020 at 11:30am in Weston. Burial will follow on November 25 at 2:00pm at Our Lady of Mercy in Doral, Florida. Joseph A. Scarano Funeral Home Pines Memorial Chapel will be handling arrangements. Ruth Ann was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 8, 1941. She lovingly raised 6 children, earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and faithfully served the community as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Social Worker. She liked to cook, bake and travel. Beloved mother of Robyn (Peter), Daniel (Martha), Wayne, Nancy (James), Janice (Michael) and Adam (Wendy). Loving grandmother of Alyssa (Nicolás), Jordan, Daniel (Pamela), John, Sophia (Brian), Jacob, Steven and Madeline. Dear sister of Phyllis and Nancy. Loving aunt of Sharon, Paula, Frank, JoAnn, Nikol, Lea and the late Faye. Dear daughter of the late Ernest and late Sarah. Memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital of Memphis, Tennessee. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the many dedicated medical professionals who tirelessly work to provide quality healthcare day in and day out.
