Nada F. Geiser Obituary

Nada Fern Geiser, 93, of Kidron, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 21, 2020. She was born on November 1, 1927 to Elmer and Elda Thomas in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. She lived there until her marriage to Leonard Geiser, who preceded her in death. They adopted three children who survive, Randy (Linda) Geiser of Burbank, Jim (Pam) Geiser of Kidron, and Tammi Rex of Dalton; three grandsons, Mark (Georgina) Geiser of Burbank, Phillip Geiser of Stow and Jon (Jenna) Geiser of Massillon; one great-grandson Noah Geiser complete the surviving family. She is also survived by one brother, Paul Thomas of Dalton and many nieces and nephews. Nada spent her adult life helping her husband Leonard on their farm on Hackett Road, Apple Creek. They both were active members of Kidron Mennonite Church. During their time on the farm, Nada canned many fruits and vegetables from their garden. Knitting & crocheting were also favorite past-times making many dish cloths and pot holders which she gave away. She also appliqued, quilted and made other sewing projects for her family. Nada always enjoyed spending time with her family, playing games and just talking. The family would like to thank the staff of LifeCare Hospice for their care of Nada. There will be no calling hours due to Covid and a private family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Memorial contributions may be made to Kidron Mennonite Church. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton is handling the arrangements.
