Frances Horne,87, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. She was born August 2, 1933 in Fayetteville, the daughter of the late Bertha and Ralph Reasner. She started working at the Stanley Company when she was 17 and was there for forty-three years. She liked cooking, especially her fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, spending time with family and grandchildren and watching westerns. Frances is survived by her two daughters: Dana (Kent) Shimer, Karen Von Sternberg (Troy Snider); four grandchildren: Jarrod, Fawn, Timmy and Ashley; thirteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and two sisters, Sarah Reese and Faye Staley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Phil Horne and one grandson, Shane Hartman and fifteen brothers and sisters. Friends and family are invited to a graveside at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Parklawns Memorial Gardens with Pastor Staci Geeseman officiating.
