Amy K. Keerl, 63, of Elkhart, Indiana and formerly of Tell City, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. 

She was born in Evansville, Indiana on May 8, 1957 to the late Richard W.and Mae Ellen (Wright) Keerl. Also preceding her in death was a brother, John Keerl.

Amy retired from janitorial work and attended ADEC Day Program on the Plaza in downtown Elkhart. Amy was a faithful member of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Elkhart. 

She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially Thanksgiving in Michigan and Christmas in Indianapolis.  She adored her nieces, nephews and their families.

Surviving are her siblings, Steven Keerl (Lauren), Kalamazoo, Michigan, Jane Gilmore (Rev. Ronald), Indianapolis, Ann Eshenfelder (John), Elkhart, Mary Swenor (Kurt), Caro, Michigan and Laura Payne (Joe), Indianapolis; aunt, Phoebe Alfke, Centennial, Colorado; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; cousins and a special friend, Dave Wogoman.

Funeral services will private on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Evansville.
