Delores England, age 87, of Dawsonville passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 23, 2020 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Gerral Richards officiating. Interment will follow in Arbor Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mrs. England loved going to church and was a member of Arbor Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and taking trips to sight see. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd "Bud" England; son, William Lloyd England; and two grandsons, Joy Sellers and Christopher Burns. Delores is survived by her five children, Gladys Burns, Carol Hewatt, Trudy Sellers, Bonnie Ray and Penny Thomas; two sisters, Carrie Evans and Lorine Samples; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers are Kenneth Burns, CJ Bright, Steve Ray, Justin Ray, Lloyd Prather, Russel Thomas and Jacob Burns.
