Michael Arthur Rhoades passed away November 18, 2020 with his family by his side. He was a cherished father, husband, brother and uncle. Mike was born December 4, 1964 in Des Moines, Iowa to William and Donna Rhoades. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; and his sons, Ryan (28, Becca), Adam (26) and Will (18). He is also survived by his brother, Bill (Kathy); and nieces, Emily, Alice and Grace. 

Mike chose Carmel, Indiana to raise his family after living in San Diego, California. He graduated from Johnston High School in Iowa. He played football and was the sole member of the swim team. He attended University of Iowa and received a master's degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mike worked in sales and specialized in credit union software. He was a sports enthusiast, known for his fanhood of basketball, golf, racing and football. As well as, taking his family to Colts games and playing golf with friends at Twin Lakes Golf Club. 

Mike was admired for his work ethic and devotion to being a great father and friend. He lived a wonderful life full of travel. Mike was often making others laugh and being there to support those in his life. He never met a challenge he could not face. We will miss him dearly. 

A visitation will be held at A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 North Michigan Road on Tuesday, November 24th from 4pm to 6pm. Please remember that proper pandemic precautions will be required for in-person visits including mask wearing and social distancing.
