Annabelle Mary Rodgers, 18, of East Peoria passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 in Peoria. She was born June 24, 2002 in Pekin to Cheyenne Coy Rodgers and Jennifer Justice. She is survived by her mother, Jennifer Justice; father, Cheyenne (Danielle) Rodgers; child, Rayne Marley Tittle; siblings, Cheyenne Rodgers, Kendlee Lyles, Addalynn Lyles, Gavin Rodgers, Jackson Swanson, Draven Rodgers, Jazmine Rodgers, Rylee Williams, Abigail Rodgers, Wyatt Rodgers, Xavier Simmons; grandmothers, Cheryl Spencer, Betty Rodgers and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobby Justice, Mary Justice-Bolson and Phillip Rodgers. Annabelle attended Cuba Middle-Senior High School. A private family service will be held.
