Joseph A. Gricar, age 62, of Versailles, died November 17, 2020, at UPMC McKeesport.  Born May 15, 1958, in McKeesport, he was the son of the Matilda (Como) Gricar and the late Frank Gricar.  Joseph was a lifetime member of the Versailles Boro. Volunteer Fire Department where he was a past Chief and President.  He retired from the Allegheny County Jail and was also a Pennsylvania State Constable.  He was a third degree master Mason at the John A. Brashear Lodge 743 and a member of the Sons of Italy in Glassport.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by children, Perry Gricar and Charisse (Matthew) Richards; step-children, Jeanine (Bob) Eastman, Jessica (Bruce) Webber and William Welsh; grandchildren, Victoria, Tabitha, Xandria, Aryanna, Rilya, Matthew, MacKenzie, Maitlyn, Madisyn, Joey and many other grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a step-son, Michael Welsh and granddaughters, Paige and Piper.  Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.  Condolences and memories may be shared at www.willigfuneralcremationservices.com.  Chris Odasso, owner.
