Barbara is survived by her son, Lowell T. (Tanya) Fultz II; daughter, Kristi Fultz; half-sister, Vicky Neal; grandchildren, Kari Faulkner, Ashley Fultz & Adam Fultz; nieces, Rhonda Plozay, Terri VanWinkle & Cathy Bryant; nephews, Steve Downey & Robert Napier. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Hazel Selby and Rozann Napier; brother, Ancil Downey Jr., and her grandson, Brandon Fultz.
