<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Billy Charles Warren passed away on November 17, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health &ndash; High Point Medical Center. He was born in High Point, NC on October 25, 1936 to the late Reely Edgar Warren and Johnsie Lily Garner Warren.</p> <p>Billy attended Hasty High School excelling in football and basketball. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Billy&nbsp;owned and operated a chain of Bizzy-Bee grocery stores. He was a member of the Carolina Cloggers for many years and was active in the High Point Senior Games.</p> <p>In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Wendy Lee Warren and three brothers, David Edgar Warren, Darrell Lee Warren and Bobby Ray Warren. Billy is survived by Donald (Jane) Warren of Southport, NC; sisters, Toni (Roger) Taylor of Atlantic Beach, NC, and Barbara &ldquo;Babs&rdquo; Mason of Wallburg, NC.</p> <p>Billy will lie in repose for those who wish to pay their respects on Friday, November 20, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. &ndash; 6:00 p.m.at Cumby Family Funeral Service in High Point.</p> <p>Per COVID regulations, a graveside service will be held for family only on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point, NC.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alzheimer&rsquo;s Association, 4615 Dundas Drive, Greensboro NC 27407.</p>

Billy Charles Warren passed away on November 17, 2020 at Wake Forest Baptist Health – High Point Medical Center. He was born in High Point, NC on October 25, 1936 to the late Reely Edgar Warren and Johnsie Lily Garner Warren.

Billy attended Hasty High School excelling in football and basketball. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Billy owned and operated a chain of Bizzy-Bee grocery stores. He was a member of the Carolina Cloggers for many years and was active in the High Point Senior Games.
