Wilbur Jones, 76, of Batesburg, passed away Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 21st, at Ridge Spring Cemetery with Rev. Justin Eshleman officiating. A viewing will be held Friday, November 20th, from 10:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Milton Shealy Funeral Home, other times at the home of his brother, Ernest Jones, 530 Oleander Road, Batesburg, SC, 29006. Mr. Jones was born in Monetta, SC, a son of the late Verbee and Sebell Anderson Jones. He loved to go to the Farmers Market to buy and sell produce. Surviving are his sisters, Betty Harmon (James Hall), Shirley Jones, Mary Williams; brothers, Ernest Jones (Frances Rudd), Larry Jones(Retha Warren); and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, David, Alex, Vincent Jones. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
