*Plant a tree and flowers are not endorsed at this time. Donald Ford October 13, 1946 - November 17, 2020 Passed away suddenly at his home in Bonavista, Donald Ford, age 74 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories two brothers, Ray (Berdina), Bonavista, and Jim (Florence), Upper Island Cove; One niece, Alyson (John), Arizona; Nephews, Stephen (Angie), Upper Island Cove, Scott (Kim) Alberta, Shawn, Upper Island Cove and Adam (Jenna Lee), Bonavista. Uncle Don will be sadly missed also by his five great nephews and nieces whom he adored: Taylor, Mason, Heath, Azalea, Ryan, Kash. Also remembered by a large circle of relatives and friends. Don loved the outdoors, trouting and in the woods and he loved his wood stove. He started work at the age of 16 with Bonavista Cold Storage. He continued working with the changing fish processing companies as foreman, watchman, etc until after 50 years of service he retired at the age of 66. Don was a loving, kindhearted man who was always there to help others and he loved a bit of fun especially with the little ones. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
