<p> </p> <p><strong>Chadbourn, NC</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Shannon Dale McMillian, age 45, of Chadbourn died Tuesday, November 17, 2020 in his home. Born August 24, 1975 in Horry County, SC, he was the son of the late Kenneth Devon and Peggy June Hilburn McMillian.</strong></p> <p><strong>He is survived by one son: Kenneth Shayne McMillian of the home; his step mother: Pearl Soles (Junior) of Chadbourn, NC; one brother: Wayne McMillian (Jackie) of Tabor City, NC; two sisters: Beverly June McMillian of Tabor City, NC and Donna McMillian (Lori Tilli) of Bangor, PA; and many nieces and nephews.</strong></p> <p><strong>Those who knew him loved him and he loved them in return. Shannon had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He was a talented piano player and he loved to express his talents and love for God through his playing. He was a member and the church pianist at Emerson Original Free Will Baptist Church for many years. Shannon tried his best to make everyone happy and loved to make you laugh and smile on even the rough days.</strong></p> <p><strong>He was employed by Vann Underwood Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram where he loved his coworkers and his customers.</strong></p> <p><strong>Funeral service will be held Friday, November 20, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Myrtle Green Cemetery.</strong></p> <p><strong>Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the chapel.</strong></p> <p><strong>Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, social distancing will be observed and face mask are required to be worn during the visitation and the service.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>A service of Inman Ward Funeral Home and Crematory.</strong></p>Obituary
