Aaron Curtis Radke Lacombe, Alberta Obituary

Aaron Curtis Radke

It is with great sadness, that the family announces the passing of Aaron Curtis Radke. Aaron blessed his parents, Curtis and Marva, when he was born June 20, 1976 in Warwar, Nigeria. He spent most of his childhood growing up in Vancouver. In the fall of 1997, he met his future wife Jennifer at Bible College in Edmonton. After school, he returned to Vancouver and began work building scale models, topographical dioramas, and eventually movie props and miniature sets. This was a true passion for him. In 2001, he married Jennifer, and up until his passing, they were happily raising their three incredible children. Katie (14), Luke (11) and Samuel (9), who were all the joy of his life. After moving to Alberta in 2010, Aaron was exposed to all sorts of new activities, such as shooting, cutting firewood out west, living out of a city and general rural life. Although it was a big eye opener for him, he adjusted well and came to love it. Aaron was always actively involved in his church, and had a solid faith and commitment to his Lord and Saviour. After a hard fought battle with cancer, Aaron found eternal peace in the arms of Jesus. He leaves a strong legacy in those he left to remember him, and will be deeply missed.

Aaron is survived by his wife Jennifer, and children Katie, Luke and Samuel; Parents Curtis and Marva Radke; Parents in law Dwight and Valerie Grauman; Brother and Sister in law Travis and Jennifer Grauman; Nephew Elliot; Niece Hannah; Grand Parents, Bert and Audrey McKay, as well as many extended family and friends.
