Hermelinda Robles-Campos Obituary

Robles-Campos: Hermelinda Robles-Campos also known as “Mommy” to many, she was 92 when she entered into eternal rest at her home surrounded by her loved one’s on November 16, 2020.

Cremation has been entrusted to Baca’s Funeral Chapels.  Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Santa Clara Catholic Church with Deacon Art Gutierrez, reciting.  Immediately following will be the Funeral Liturgy at 10:30 am  Officiating will be Father Casmir Anozie. 

She was born on August 31, 1928 in El Refugio Jalisco, Mexico to Valentin Robles-Herrera and Sarah Campos-Mota.  She moved to Santa Clara, NM in 1980. 

She devoted most of her time with her family and helped her daughters raise their children.  She also enjoyed going out of town with her friends on shopping sprees, going out of town to eat, watching her novelas, listening to music, loved to cook for her loved ones, enjoyed cooking different types of foods.  She was employed at Fort Bayard Medical Center in Activities for eight years until her injury.  She loved going to Mexico City to La Vasilica de Guadalupe and Guadalajara Mexico for family vacations.  She was very caring, loving and a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunty and friend.

She is survived by her three daughter Juanita Abeyta, Esther Morales (Arnulfo), Estella Martinez all of Santa Clara. Eight Grandchildren Maria Abeyta (Junior), Sarah Abeyta Ray (Jason), Roxanne Abeyta, Luis Abeyta, Frankie Abeyta, Vanessa Griffin (Josh), Arnulfo Morales, Ruben Morales and a great great granddaughter who she viewed as her little angel Jada Abeyta.  She is also survived by 28 great grandkids and 11 great great grandkids. Proceeded in death by her parents, two sons-in-law Francisco Abeyta (2012), Herminio Martinez (2013), five brothers Manuel, Francisco, Amador, Salvador, Froylan, two sisters Trinidad and Dolores.
