Rachel Marguerite Shoemake

Rachel Marguerite Shoemake, age 95 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born in Springfield, Tennessee on April 26, 1925 to the late Arch Perry and Francis Jackson Perry. She was a homemaker and member of Southern Heights Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burble Lee Shoemake and son, Daniel Shoemake. She is survived by: 1 Son ~ Tony Shoemake and wife, Barbara ~ Russellville, KY 6 Daughters ~ Patsy Shoemake ~ Russellville, KY Shelby Fuller ~ Russellville, KY Betty Shoemake ~ Russellville, KY Sherry Shoemake ~ Russellville, KY Judy Hardin ~ Russellville, KY Kathy Porter ~ Quality, KY 9 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren 3 Great Great Grandchildren Funeral Services for Rachel Marguerite Shoemake will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. David Morgan officiating with burial to follow in Russellville Memorial Gardens. A walk through visitation on Friday will be held from 11:00 am until the service hour of 1:00 pm. Please observe CDC guidelines of 6 feet distancing and wearing of face coverings. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
