It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Lillian Mary Stewart of Grand Bank announces her passing. Lillian passed away at her residence in Grand Bank on Monday, November 16th, 2020, at the age of 91. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, Samuel Stewart, David (Elizabeth) Stewart, Robert Stewart, Charles (Patricia) Stewart, Paul (Charles) Stewart, John (Beverley) Stewart; daughters, Anne (James) Tessier, Sheila Tucker, Meshelle (Sean) Beresford; 10 grand-children and 5 great-grand-children.; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Lillian was predeceased by husband, Capt. Charles William Stewart; parents, Samuel and Annie Scott; brothers, Jacob Scott , Albert Scott; sons in law, George Tucker, David Beresford.


The Stewart Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Home-Fortune on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Due to Covid-19 regulations this will be a walk through visitation with a maximum of 20 people permitted in the building at one time. Due to the current Covid-19 regulations a private, by invitation only, funeral service will take place at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Grand Bank, NL on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at 11:00 am.


Interment to follow at St. Alban's Anglican Cemetery. In Lillian's memory donations may be made to St. Alban's Anglican Cemetery Fund, or flowers gratefully accepted.
