Otha Leeo Francis, of the Paint Rock Community, passed peacefully at her home on Monday, November 16, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimers.  She was of the Christian faith and attended Pleasant Hill Methodist Church.  She loved life and spending time with friends and family. She is preceded in death by her father, Pryor Watson; mother, Leeo Watson; brother, Roscoe Watson and granddaughter, Danielle Elizabeth Dunne, from the Notchy Creek Community. Survived by her husband of 38 years, Jack Francis; sister, Opal Raper; brother, Rev. Ronnie Watson; son, Gerald Dunn; daughter, Jessica McCowen; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, 630 Paint Rock Valley Road, Philadelphia,  with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm.Rev.
