DOLGEVILLE – Mr. Robert F. “Bob” Boyer, 69, a longtime resident of the Town of Salisbury, passed away on Sunday morning, November 15, 2020, in Utica, New York. Born on October 4,1951, in Little Falls, Bob was the son of the late Howard & Dorcas (Snell) Boyer. Raised and educated locally he attended Ilion schools. He worked shifts at Burrows Paper in Little Falls, New York, for many years. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Susan (Vedder); his daughter, Lisa Boyer Lamphere and her former husband, Gary Lamphere, Jr. and their son Daniel; his stepdaughter, Heather Randazzo and her husband, Joe and their children Amber & Natasha; his sister, Cindy Boyer and her partner, Mel Sarahman; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Howard & Dorcas; and brothers, Kenny, Denny & Larry. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at Mountain View Memorial Gardens Cemetery, where a graveside prayer service will be held. There are no calling hours. If you plan to attend the funeral service, a face mask is preferred. The family is appreciative toward Utica Rehabilitation for the care and compassion they provided to Bob during this difficult time.
