Mrs. Diane Chadwick, 47, transitioned Monday, November 16, 2020 at UNC Lenoir Healthcare in Kinston, NC. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 1pm at Mills Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Stuart Carter as eulogist. Viewing will be from 3 to 6 pm Friday at Mills Funeral Home. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Chadwick of the home. Her daugher, Senquasia Coleman of Kinston, NC. mother Johnnie Kornegay ot Kinston; One sister, LaShae Faulkner of Kinston, NC. Two brothers, Milton Kornegay, Jr. and Anthony Kornegay both of Kinston, NC. One grandchild, Quantae Fordham of Kinston, NC.
