MILLERSBURG - Virginia A. "Ginny" Snyder, 89, of Millersburg, Pennsylvania died November 16, 2020, at Premier at Susquehanna Village. She was born on February 27, 1931 in Red Cross, PA, and was the daughter of the late Roy and Martha (Bobb) Troutman. Virginia was married to the late Cleon E. Snyder who preceded her in death in 2005. She retired as a Seamstress from the former Dormar Shirt Factory, Gratz, PA. Virginia was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Killinger, where she served with the "Cheerful Workers" group, served as president of the Cemetery Association at the church, and she was a member of the Goal Mates group. She is survived by her sisters Violet Shappell and Verna Miller both of Halifax, sister-in-law Marylin Troutman of Dornsife, brother & sister-in-law Charles & Ardy Klinger of Millersburg, and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Troutman and a sister Vilma Schwalm. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Hoover-Boyer Funeral Home, Ltd. - Millersburg from 10:00-11:00 a.m. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Salem Lutheran Cemetery, Killinger.
